  • PatTuned is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, poor maintenance, or misuse

  • All tuning is done at your own risk — user must follow preconditions listed in the documentation

  • Flame, pop, launch, or NOS features should only be used with proper hardware and understanding

  • Remote tuning assumes the vehicle is not being tested on public roads at full throttle

  • Client agrees to provide logs, feedback, and perform updates as directed during tuning

   4. No Refund Policy:

  • Due to the digital and customized nature of tuning, no refunds are offered once tuning has begun. Please ensure your vehicle and JB4 system are fully functional before purchasing.

     

    ​5. Turnaround Time:

  • Tuning turnaround is typically 1–3 days depending on complexity and log feedback

  • Rush support or live tuning is available for additional cost (see 1-on-1 support) also limted slots available so notify us ahead of time.
